Intellinet consolidates
Atlanta IT consulting firm Intellinet has consolidated its headquarters operations into 9,600 square feet on the first floor of Two Concourse Parkway in Sandy Springs.
The move expands the 15-year-old company’s headquarters and allows it to save money and bring all of its employees together.
Coro buys Park Place
Buckhead-based Coro Realty Advisors, which owns strip shopping centers in Sandy Springs, has purchased Park Place, the 82,097-square-foot Perimeter Center specialty retail shopping center at 4505 Ashford-Dunwoody Road, for $28.5 million.
Park Place, across Ashford-Dunwoody from Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody, is 90 percent occupied by specialty tenants including Talbot’s, Alon’s Bakery and McKendrick’s Steakhouse.
