It was a day that called for photographs and balloons. Driven inside by the rain, Cross Keys High School graduates, family members and friends packed the school gym on May 21 to watch students celebrate the completion of their high school studies. Cross Keys officials expected to award diplomas to about 125 students. Before the ceremonies began, students gathered in the school cafeteria, where the smiles of graduates Alejandro Alvarado and Kinverly Roman were recorded for posterity.
