Jennifer Burns Thomas will become executive director of the Buckhead Business Association on July 1, the business group announced June 23.
She replaces Sharon Silva, who retired last month to spend more time with her family.
“We selected Jenn based on her vision for the future of the BBA, including new ways to increase our membership and add corporate sponsors,” BBA president Heather Wright said in a release announcing Wright’s position. “She brings great organizational skills, enthusiasm and corporate know-how to the table.”
Thomas had worked with Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. as a public affairs and government relations specialist.
