The friends and relatives praying for a wounded Sandy Springs attorney saw signs of progress on Tuesday, May 8, as she moved from Grady Memorial Hospital into a rehab hospital.

Meanwhile her husband, who is accused of shooting her, is moving through the legal system.

Adina Parson moved out of Grady Memorial Hospital according the blog http://prayingforadina.wordpress.com/about/. The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports Parson has  moved to the Shepherd Center.

Her husband, Michael Parson, was arrested by the  the Texas Highway Patrol  in Tyler, Texas on May 5 after a traffic stop. Capt. Steve Rose, spokesman for the Sandy Springs Police Department, said officers expect to testify before a Fulton County Grand Jury on Friday, May 11. They allege  Michael Parson on April 20 shot his wife several times in the head in the breezeway of her apartment building, the Residences at Morgan Falls.

He is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and giving false statements in writing concealing the facts of a felony.
