“The coaching staff is in the midst of starting over. Coach Barry Banks, Coach Anwar Heard, and myself have been working hard all summer to prepare for the season. We graduated 14 seniors last season. Of the 14, 13 were starters,” said Head Coach David Radford.
“We have a nice, coachable young group that has shown a lot of promise during summer camps and the passing league. Junior running backs Patrick Huff and Dominique Wilson, along with junior quarterback Oluwatomi Adedayo, will be the workhorses on offense. They will be running behind a capable offensive line consisting of all juniors: Cristian Euten, Phillip Tran, Samuel Kiawu, Marco Lopez and Ezra Cheatom.
“Our defense will be anchored by senior cornerback Bernard Scott, senior linebacker Ashantre Davis, and senior free safety Alie Kamara. Our special teams will be led by junior kicker Jose Suastegu. We are looking to improve on last season by being fast and physical at the point of attack.”
