City consultant Goody Clancy will host a workshop on Oct. 4 to gather more feedback on plans for the city’s downtown.
The “visioning” session follows a Sept. 19 workshop where the consultant unveiled four design concepts that could be used in the final plan, expected later this year.
“As part of the meeting, the city’s master planner, Goody Clancy, will conduct a Visual Preference Survey to gain public feedback on building and open space design standards,” the announcement for the workshop says. “Participants will view a series of images that define various options for development character and style, rank the images based on preference, and discuss the results in small groups.”
The meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the SSUMC Hitson Memorial Activities Building. 85 Mount Vernon Hwy, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. Attendees should enter through lower level gym doors.
