Glenwood East, left, a new, $37.5 million luxury apartment complex is now open. The 236-unit development was designed by the architecture firm Lord, Aeck & Sargent for builder/developer Alliance Residential Co. Located just east of Glenwood Park, each of the wood frame-constructed buildings is four stories plus an above-grade basement level with brick and stucco front facades.
