B’s Bistro in Sandy Springs said it would offer 100 meals to needy people this Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 24. The bistro will serve the meals from noon until 3 p.m. B’s is asking for people in the community to sponsor each meal for $20 per meal. All proceeds will be donated to the Community Action Center in Sandy Springs, the restaurant reported.

Buz Psathas, owner of B’s Bistro, said the meal is an opportunity to give back to the community.
“My wife and I normally vacation for Thanksgiving in the Hilton Head, S.C. area and there’s a restaurant over there that’s been doing that for years and we were so warmed by it, so we thought we would start that tradition here,” Psathas said.
