The Roman Catholic Archbishop of Atlanta says the church will sell a $2.2 million Buckhead mansion built for his use, according to a report from our media affiliate CBS46.

Archbishop Wilton Gregory announced today that he will vacate the residence in early May and move into another available property. Gregory said that he accepts blame for not properly consulting with members of the church before building the home. The church and Gregory received backlash from Catholics for the lavish spending on the house even as the Pope has urged austerity.
