Kingdom Rave

The Atlanta Police Department have sent an advisory about the closure of Spring Street between 4th and 3rd streets as organizers prepare for an event called the Kingdom Rave Block Party that begins at 2 p.m. this afternoon and continues through Saturday night. The street will reopen Sunday morning, July 20,  “around 6 a.m.”

Officers will be helping to direct traffic for Friday night’s rush hour and over the weekend, but APD is advising motorists to avoid the area if it at all possible and seek alternative routes. The advisory also noted that the party is a permitted event.

The Kingdom Rave Block Party will feature more than 200 artists on several stages performing electronic dance music (EDM), including Loudpvck, Technoboy, Downlink and Figure.
