Developer Wood Partners LLC is planning a 22-story, 220-unit residential tower overlooking Piedmont Park, according to a report from Atlanta Business Chronicle. Wood Partners and architect Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio presented project Dec. 9 to the Midtown Development Review Committee, an advisory group that makes recommendations to the city of Atlanta Bureau of Planning.
The $80 million project called Alta at the Park would rise on a small tract along the south side of 12th Street across from the Luxe condo building. It’s possible Alta at the Park could be developed as a condo tower.
