Atlanta’s largest all-volunteer festival is back for its 54th year in one of the city’s oldest communities. The Inman Park Festival and Tour of Homes takes place April 24-26, inviting residents and visitors to celebrate the neighborhood.
Established in 1972 as an initiative to revitalize the neighborhood, the festival has become one of the area’s most beloved traditions now featuring live music, a parade, dance and theater performances, a vendor market, and a tour of historic residences.
The Tour of Homes is a unique part of the festival, giving participants the opportunity to view some of the neighborhood’s most scenic homes, some dating back to the late 1890s. The ticketed self-guided walking tour allows access to the homes’ interiors as well. Four new addresses will make their tour debut in 2026: 1054 Euclid, 1063 Euclid, 1089 Austin, and 1165 Alta.

Live musicians will perform on three different stages from late morning until the evening. There’s something for everyone: rock, jazz, blues, Cajun, folk, indie, soul, R&B, bluegrass, funk, Americana, and more. The lineup includes Gurufish, Orquesta MaCuba, Joe Alterman, Abe Partridge, The Sundogs, and more local artists. Singer-songwriter Shawn Mullins will headline the festival and close out Saturday’s festivities.
Organized by the Inman Park Neighborhood Association and run entirely by volunteers, the festival helps to raise funds for beautification and local causes. Saturday’s Theatre Night will raise money for neighborhood theaters Horizon Theater, 7Stages, and Dad’s Garage. The event includes live performances from each troupe, a wine pull, and an auction for an Atlanta Zoo elephant encounter, an after-dark Fernbank experience, and more.
One of the most beloved parts of the weekend, the Inman Park Dance Festival, will celebrate its 25th anniversary this year. The lineup includes Ballethnic, Dance Foundry, Emory University Dance & Movement Studies Program, Full Radius Dance, Monica Hogan Danceworks, and Movement Arts Atlanta.
Perhaps the highlight of the celebration is the Inman Park Festival Parade, stepping off on Saturday at 2 p.m. rain or shine. The 2026 Grand Marshal is R. Land, a 30+ year Atlanta resident and the artist responsible for the “Pray for Atlanta” street art. Some of his other art is displayed in the Atlanta History Center and the Georgia State Capitol.
The Inman Park Festival will take place Fri., April 24 through Sun., April 26. Get tickets to the Tour of Homes here. Also, be sure to stop by and say hello to the Rough Draft staff at our booth at the intersection of Waverly and Edgewood throughout the weekend. We’ll have some Rough Draft swag for you!
