OaksATL Community Development recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the completion and grand opening of 880 North on the Westside.

The first-of-its-kind mixed-use infill development is located in Atlanta’s English Avenue neighborhood.

The project transformed a long-vacant site into six affordable housing units, two commercial spaces zoned for restaurant and mercantile use, a community laundry facility, and OaksATL’s leasing office, according to a press release.

880 North represents a $3 million investment in Atlanta’s Historic Westside, bringing together affordable housing and newly constructed restaurant-ready retail space in the heart of English Avenue.
