The city of Brookhaven is throwing itself a birthday party. The city will celebrate its third birthday with a cake on Dec. 17. Residents are invited to stop by City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road, between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Dec. 17 for a slice of birthday cake.
