📉 Stocks closed lower for the week as global uncertainty worsened investors’ energy concerns. The Dow fell 833 points, or 1.8%. The S&P 500 fell by 1.7%, and the Nasdaq Composite lost 2.2%.

💸 An hour after the House rejected a Senate-passed bill to fund most of the Department of Homeland Security, President Donald Trump signed an order to pay Transportation Security Administration employees as soon as Monday.

- Israel’s military reported detecting a missile launched from Yemen, as Houthi officials warned they were prepared to join the conflict
- Ten U.S. service members were injured, two seriously, after Iran fired missiles and drones at Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia, bringing the total American wounded in the war to more than 300
- At a Saudi sovereign wealth fund conference in Miami, President Donald Trump boasted about progress in the war and suggested NATO allies’ inaction means the U.S. may no longer be bound by its mutual defense commitments.
