Truckloads of shiny white steel have arrived at the Sembler Co.’s Town Brookhaven where workers on Aug. 4 were framing in the first of the development’s big box stores, the Costco Wholesale membership warehouse store, which is scheduled to open in November in time for the holiday selling season. Publix and LA Fitness are scheduled to open next year.
