Motorists who have been experiencing a bit of a bumpy ride on Dresden Drive recently will soon experience smooth sailing, according to DeKalb County communications officer Burke Brennan,

Brennan said there are three low-drop storm drain inlet locations on Dresden near Parkside Drive that need to be raised and that the county’s Roads and Drainage Division is expected to have the work completed before the end of the month.

The grates had settled below the asphalt of the road, causing a rough ride that could damage vehicles.
