holiday_gift_picThe High Museum of Art will offer several unique holiday shopping experiences this winter, beginning Friday, Nov. 26, with a trunk show of Dali jewelry by Margot Townsend from 1 to 4 p.m. in the museum shop. The pieces are authentic reproductions and adaptations of the original Dalí works.  Visitors can also take part in the Woodruff Arts Center’s “Black Friday Shop-A-Thon” from 4 to 8 p.m. and festive snacks will be served in each location.

The next week, on Saturday, Dec. 4, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the shop will host a Holiday Craft Fair in the museum’s Robinson Atrium, where a select group of Atlanta’s outstanding craftspeople will showcase their diverse works. Artists include A. T. Bostic, Amanda Gary Handbags, Ashley Bucchanan, Bag Lady & Company, Bowl Art, Marquetta B. Johnston, Mollye Jewelry Designs and R. Andrew Glass and Carol Anne Sutherland.

For more information, visit the High’s online shopping page or drop by during museum hours to see their full selection of holiday gifts firsthand.  There is also a video showcasing their top 10 holiday gifts under $20 on the High Museum’s YouTube channel.
