Sandy Springs grants administrator Eden Freeman has been promoted to assistant city manager for general governmental services, the city announced.
“Since November 2009, Ms. Freeman has been a valued team member of the City Manager’s staff. I am looking forward to Ms. Freeman’s expanded role in our leadership team,” City Manager John McDonough said in a statement released by the city.
In her new job, Freeman will focus her attention in the area of general government services and will be staff lead on the city’s communications matters, the release said.
