Tickets are still available for the 19th annual Jeffrey Fashion Cares, which kicks off at 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 29 on the 32nd floor of 12th & Midtown. The event, which is hosted by acclaimed retailer Jeffrey Kalinsky, includes a pre-show reception, couture fashion show, and silent and live auctions.

All Jeffrey Fashion Cares patrons are also invited to attend the official “fashion luau” themed after-party at Opera, which is just a short walk from the main event. Over the past 19 years, Jeffrey Fashion Cares has grown into one of the largest combined AIDS and breast cancer benefits in the country, having raised over $9 million. Last year, 93 cents of every dollar raised went directly to the beneficiaries.

Co-chaired by Lila Hertz, Jeffrey McQuithy, and Louise Sams, this year’s Jeffrey Fashion Cares features special guest designer Jason Wu and Honorary Chair Dennis Dean, founder and owner of Dennis Dean: A Catering Company. Both the event and after-party will benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure Greater Atlanta Affiliate and Atlanta AIDS Partnership (AAP). This year, a small donation will also be made to the Medical University of South Carolina’s Inflammation and Fibrosis Research Center of Excellence.
