The widow of a man murdered outside a Dunwoody daycare center in 2010 says her in-laws are not acting in the best interests of their grandchildren by alleging she was involved in the crime.
The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports Andrea Sneiderman, widow of Rusty Sneiderman, filed a petition Wednesday April 18 alleging that her in-laws have had limited contact with her children, showing limited affection during visits.
Hemy Neuman, Andrea Sneiderman’s boss, was convicted last month of murdering Rusty Sneiderman and sentenced to life in prison.
The grandparents, Don and Marilyn Sneiderman say they regularly communicated with their grandchildren using internet video chats. The grandparents allege that Andrea Sneiderman has cut them off from their grandchildren, and are seeking visitation rights.

Andrea Sneiderman’s in-laws allege she had some involvement with the murder. A DeKalb County Grand Jury has subpoenaed tapes of her testimony. She has not been charged.
