Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church has scheduled a prayer vigil at 5 p.m. today, Dec. 16, for the children killed in the elementary school shooting in Newtown, Conn. The vigil will be open to the public.
It will offer a contemplative liturgy of music, scripture, prayers and poetry and will contain periods of silence for meditation and reflection.
The church is located at 805 Mt. Vernon Highway in Sandy Springs.
