Films from the three-hour program (with a 20-minute intermission) offer something for everyone. Highlights include Carbon for Water, which examines the devastating effects of contaminated drinking water in Kenya’s Western Province; The Gimp Monkeys, about friends who vie to achieve the first all-disabled ascent of Yosemite’s iconic El Capitan; and Streams of Consequence, which chronicles an organization’s use of multimedia to protect the wild lands of Patagonia from a proposed dam.
