The giant SkyView Ferris wheel will open to the public with a ribbon cutting at noon on July 16. A soft opening could happen Sunday or Monday, so make sure to keep an eye on the attractions’s Facebook page for updates. Construction crews have made quick progress in finishing the 200-foot tall wheel, which is adjacent to The Tabernacle in Downtown.
