It’s a 8 degrees in the Old Fourth Ward with a wind chill of -9. That’s almost balmy after some parts of Intown reported 5 degrees overnight. Temperatures are expected to rise to 27 today then drop back to 16 tonight, according to the latest report from the Weather Channel. By the weekend, we’ll have warmed back up to the mid-60s.

Year of Boulevard 2014 kicked off last night with a special event at Fort Street United Methodist Church.
