Atlanta entrepreneur and legendary businessman J. Mack Robinson died Friday at the age of 90, according to a report in the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
Robinson made his name and fortune in insurance, banking, media and fashion, famously bankrolling the design firm of Yves St. Laurent. He also donated millions to local institutions and charities, shying away from the limelight or press. The business school at Georgia State University his named in his honor.
