Friends of Candler Park and Park Pride are hosting the annual Mulch Madness on March 29. This community work day event will held from 9 a.m. to noon at the park. Families, individuals, scout troops are encouraged to volunteers.
Volunteers, who will receive a t-shirt, should meet at the the corner of McLendon and Candler Park Drive. The goal is to add mulch around most of the trees in the park. Gloves and tools will be provided.
