Nicey Marie Joseph, 26, of Forest Park, who was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of credit transaction fraud while working as a waitress.
The Dunwoody Police Department on Sept. 19 arrested Nicey Marie Joseph, 26, of Forest Park, on three counts of financial transaction card fraud, two counts of elder exploitation and two counts of identity fraud. Joseph is currently being held at DeKalb County Jail on a cash only bond.
 
Since June 2014, Joseph has worked at restaurants in Dunwoody as a waitress.  During her time at these restaurants, Joseph was documented using a mobile card reader connected to a “smart” cellular phone in order to steal and fraudulently use victim’s credit card numbers when they paid for their meals, police said in a press release.  The Dunwoody Police Department seeks to identify any additional victims and asking for them to please come forward.
Information that is needed for the investigation is as follows:
1.      Receipt of the meal and/or credit/debit card statement showing purchase at restaurant. 
2.      Name of the restaurant you visited along with the date of the visit. 
3.      Total amount of fraudulent activity (dollar amount & number of transactions) with proof such as credit card statement.
4.      Name of the company/person the fraudulent activity was paid to.
