Screen Shot 2014-10-10 at 10.25.36 AMThe Fox Theatre Ghost Tours for Halloween begin tomorrow, Oct. 11, and continue through Oct. 16 (excluding Oct. 15) and  guests are invited to walk the haunted halls of one of the city’s most treasured landmarks.

The specialty tours will begin daily at 7 p.m. and run every 20 minutes until 10 p.m. Tickets are $25 each and are on sale now at FoxTheatre.org, at the Fox Theatre ticket office and by calling 855-285-8499. The ghost tours are not recommended for children under the age of 10; children under 6 are not permitted.

The tours will feature history on the Fox’s ghosts with real accounts of unexplainable encounters culled from the theatre’s staff and contractors in addition to the rich history of the 85 year old auditorium.

Tour attendees will walk in the eerie footsteps of Roosevelt, the man who frequently haunts the boiler room at the Fox, stoking the boilers and tending to the equipment. Other spooky stops include the hospital room, power room, and sub-basement areas including the stage freight elevator.

Over the years, Fox staff have seen these ghosts and felt their presence, will you?
