A motorist was shot and wounded early Tuesday morning while driving along a northeast Atlanta interstate, according to a report from the AJC. Atlanta police dispatchers received reports about 12:30 a.m. of as many as 20 shots being fired at a silver car along I-85 northbound near Piedmont Road. The driver of the four-door sedan wrecked after being shot three times in the back, according to Channel 2 Action News.
