Protestors blocked traffic during the evening rush hour on the Downtown Connector on Wednesday, Oct. 22, to bring attention to police brutality against African Americans.

I-75/85 northbound near Freedom Parkway was shut down for about an hour as part of a protest in response to the police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, MO in August. Protestors also stood on a bridge over the Connector holding signs as part of a national week of demonstrations around the country.

Atlanta Police said no arrests were made during the incident.
