The Buckhead Business Association has delayed until March 12 the annual “State of Buckhead” speech delivered by Buckhead Coalition President Sam Massell. Massell had been scheduled to deliver the talk on Thursday, Feb. 26, but it was delayed due to expected bad weather, BBA Executive Director Smita Solanki said in an email.
