Atlantic Realty Partners has filed a building permit for its new mixed-used community Azure on the Park, according to What Now Atlanta. The property will feature a 25-story apartment tower and a five-story building with apartments and ground floor retail wrapped around a parking deck. The project is located on an oddly-shaped parcel of land that fronts on 1oth and 11th streets as well as Piedmont Avenue in Midtown.
The development company, which is also building Cyan on Peachtree in Buckhead and The Reserve at the Ballpark at the new Atlanta Braves stadium, has been moving the Azure project through development channels for more than a year.
The combined buildings will have more than 300 apartments, and 2,100-square-feet of retail. According to Curbed Atlanta, the five-building will face onto Piedmont Avenue where several homes and businesses now stand.
