Alternative folk, country and roots rock bands will take the stage as part of Heritage Sandy Springs’ “Rhythm & Brews” concert series this summer.
Heritage Sandy Springs announced on April 7 the 2015 schedule for the three-year-old concert series. The shows feature:
–von Grey, an Atlanta-based indie-alternative-folk group, on May 28;
–Gareth Asher and the Earthlings, a country and folk-oriented band, on June 25;
–Underhill Rose, a trio of women from Asheville, N.C., on July 23;
–Cigar Store Indians, a rockabilly band from Crabapple, on Aug. 13.
The open-air concerts are staged at The Sandy Springs Society Entertainment Lawn at Heritage Green, 6110 Bluestone Road. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the concerts scheduled from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m.. Tickets cost $5 for concertgoers added 21 and older and $2 for those aged 13 through 20. Admission is free for those aged 12 and younger.
