A Brookhaven man has been arrested and charged with human trafficking, interference with child custody and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, police say.
James Clay Webb, 51, was arrested and taken to DeKalb County Jail after Brookhaven Police Detectives and Georgia Bureau of Investigations Agents executed a search warrant in the 3500 block of Mill Creek Road.
Detectives received a complaint from Bartow County Division of Family and Children Services regarding a suspected sexual exploitation juvenile victim, Officer Carlos Nino, a spokesman for Brookhaven Police, said.
