The city of Brookhaven’s annual Mayor and Council retreat, originally slated to be held Sept. 25, has been canceled.
Mayor Rebecca Chase Williams has a family emergency that required the cancellation, according to city spokeswoman Ann Marie Quill.
The retreat will be rescheduled. No date has been set yet.
