BeltLine Bike TourThe first Bike-In Movie Night at Woodruff Park will be held Friday, Oct. 9 starting at 6:30 p.m. The event is a partnership with The Mobile Social and Central Atlanta Progress | Atlanta Downtown Improvement District.

The evening kicks-off with a Mobile Social ride. There are two start locations: the Piedmont Park location begins at 6:30 p.m. and bikers will ride to meet the Woodruff Park group for a combined 7 p.m. ride. Riders will meet back up at Woodruff Park at 8 p.m. to watch “E.T. The Extra Terrestrial” under the stars.

The Bike-In Movie Night will have a bike valet, food trucks, popcorn, and a large outdoor movie screen nestled among the trees and historic buildings of Downtown Atlanta.

“Everyone is welcome to #BeDowntown with us for this unique, family-friendly event,” said Atlanta City Councilman Kwanza Hall, who is also sponsoring the event. “Even if you don’t have a bike, bring a blanket or lawn chair and join us. Walk, take MARTA, or the Atlanta Streetcar.”
