The chief of staff for former DeKalb County Commissioner Elaine Boyer pleaded guilty Nov. 19 in a case involving $310 in personal spending with a county charge card, ajc.com reports.
Bob Lundsten reportedly was sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to obstruction in exchange for prosecutors dropping more serious charges.
Boyer is serving a federal prison sentence for spending tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars on herself. Earlier this year, her husband John was convicted in a county kickback scheme, and evangelist Rooks Boynton was indicted in the same case.
