If you’d like to learn more about where or how to join in bicycling, the best place to start is your local bicycle shop. Many shops sponsor group rides and/or have info about groups in the area. Some even offer bicycle rentals.

Programs

Relay Bike Share is a program that allows riders to use an app to find and rent bicycles at 65 stations in metro Atlanta. A variety of rental plans are available.

Bikemunk.com offers a comprehensive list of bike share companies by state.

Silver Spokes meets on Thursdays, 10 a.m., at Ebster Recreation Center, 105 Electric Ave., Decatur 30030. Pre-registration is required before attending class.
