Curbed Atlanta has renderings and a report on the planned redevelopment of the historic Pratt-Pullman Yard in Kirkwood.

Atomic Entertainment will transform the century-old train yard into a mixed-use development with an emphasis on filmmaking. There will be a soundstage for movie projects, office space, a boutique hotel, food bazaar, townhomes, apartments and a large greenspace for film screenings and concerts.

Permitting is underway now and Atomic Entertainment hopes to break ground on the $200 million project in June.
