Selig Development and Engel & Völkers Atlanta have launched sales for 40 West 12th, the new luxury condominium at its mixed-use development 1105 West Peachtree.
1105 West Peachtree will also includes a 675,000-square-foot office tower, a 178-key Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel, 20,000 square feet of street-level retail and a direct connection with Midtown’s Art Walk. Selig has started site work on the development and will begin vertical construction of the three towers later this spring.
Located at the corner of 12th and West Peachtree Streets, 40 West 12th’s floorplan mix includes one-bedroom to four-bedroom homes, ranging from 950 square feet to 2,600 square feet and priced from the high $500s to $2.2 million. The first first residents str expected in Spring 2021.
Atlanta-based architecture and interior design firm Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio (RJTR) designed the residences, which feature panoramic views of Midtown, 12 to 15-foot ceiling heights with floor-to-ceiling windows, kitchens with high-end appliances, master bathrooms with walk-in showers and freestanding tubs, and indoor/outdoor fireplaces on the balconies and indoor living area. Residents will have access to the Sky Plaza, an elevated community park that is shared with the office tower and hotel that is part of the development.
