Shady Grove Fertility signed a lease to relocate to a full floor of a building at The Commons at Lake Hearn, a medical office complex in Sandy Springs in the Central Perimeter market.
SK Commercial Realty announced the full-floor, 23,522-square-foot lease at 1100 Lake Hearn Drive in one of the three buildings that make up the medical office complex, according to the release.
Recent lease agreements and renewals of more than 50,000 square feet bring the building to 95 percent leased. That completes Phase I of SKCR’s three-phase leasing process of the 355,000-square-foot campus.
Shady Grove Fertility is a provider of fertility testing services and treatment. Its leased space will be renovated into a high-level surgery center to accommodate local patients.
The 12-acre campus was originally built in 1980 and underwent a recent renovation that exceeded $50 million.
SKCR has signed five other deals in recent months at the building totaling 27,200 square feet, including:
- A 5,600-square-foot lease with Extremity Healthcare;
- A 3,500-square-foot lease with Makeover Aesthetics;
- A 4,100-square-foot lease with Urology of Greater Atlanta;
- A 7,500-square-foot lease on a new surgery center for Alliance Spine; and
- A 6,500-square-foot lease with D4C Dental Brands.
A total of 178,000 square feet of space remains to be leased in the other two buildings at the property, 1150 and 1200 Lake Hearn Drive.
