The Atlanta Preservation Center is hosting its annual “Phoenix Flies: A Celebration of Atlanta’s Historic Sites” now through March 26.

The event features tours of some of the city’s most historic buildings and sites. Registration is now open at preserveatl.eventbrite.com and all the events can be viewed in the digital program here.

From historic homes and neighborhoods to walking and museum tours, there are more than 80 events on this year’s Phoenix Flies itinerary.

Some highlights of this year’s event include a tour of the Fulton Cotton Mill Lofts, a walking tour of Inman Park, a tour of historic Rhodes Hall, a tour of Plaza Theatre, a walking tour of Westview Cemetery, a guided tour of the Fox Theatre, a tour of the historic Ponce Condominiums, a guided tour of The Temple, a walking tour of Downtown Atlanta and many, many more.

“Atlanta’s architectural and cultural significance represents our shared past,” said David Y Mitchell, Executive Director of the Atlanta Preservation Center. “It informs our future generations of the stories that strengthened the diverse communities and people that provided leadership and support to this city.”
