Steak Market Crab Dip Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1-pound jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1 cup white cheddar, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Munster cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • Toast points for serving

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, dill, Old Bay spice, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the jumbo lump crab meat, white cheddar, Munster cheese, and Oaxaca cheese. Be careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown, and the dip is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped chives.
  7. Serve hot with toast points or your preferred dipping vessel.
