Cobb County is conducting a Needs Assessment to determine priorities for the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan and the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI). The Consolidated Plan outlines the community needs and establishes Cobb County’s strategies for utilizing HUD grant funds. The AI is a comprehensive study that identifies barriers to fair housing and equal access to housing opportunities within Cobb County.
