Middle Street Partners and AECOM-Canyon Partners co-development – The Juniper and The Reserve at Juniper –  will begin leasing this spring in Midtown.

The two-tower luxury apartment development sits on the Juniper Street property formerly home to Einstein’s restaurant and the LGBTQ+ bar Joe’s on Juniper.

The Juniper will include 320 units across 37 stories. The entire top floor will be dedicated to programmable amenity spaces, including co-working suites, a fitness center, a hot yoga studio, and private club service offerings.

The Reserve at Juniper will feature a “boutique collection” of 167 apartments across 34 stories. Along with expansive floorplans, the building will offer a “curated selection of wellness-focused amenities,” including infrared and salt saunas, a cold plunge, a private rooftop pool, and five-star services.

“We believe Midtown Atlanta, specifically the area adjacent to Piedmont Park, is the most dynamic submarket in the Southeast,” Ed Alexander, Development Partner for Middle Street Partners, said in a press release. “We set out to create a residential destination befitting the neighborhood and an addition to the skyline that will stand the test of time.”

The project at 1081 Juniper Street broke ground in mid-2022, and the towers were topped out in July 2024.
