Atlanta Beltline Inc. (ABI) will host a public meeting on Tuesday, March 11, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. to discuss the Murphy Crossing master plan.

ABI announced in February that it was taking over as lead developer after negotiations with the original development team for the 20-acre Westside Trail-adjacent project broke down.

ABI hopes to break ground in 2026, and the project will include high-density, mixed-use development with affordable housing, retail, and job opportunities.

The Beltline, which owns the property, envisions the site becoming a catalyst for economic development for the area surrounded by the Adair Park, Oakland City, and Capital View neighborhoods. It is located near two MARTA stations and Mayor Andre Dickens wants to build another station at Murphy Crossing, linking heavy rail to the Beltline.
