As The Juniper and The Reserve at Juniper begin welcoming residents, the newly developed Midtown luxury apartment buildings have partnered with a pair of local wellness brands.

The residential towers, located in the neighborhood of Midtown, announced that they will offer the services of both Yonder Yoga and Do Not Disturb to their tenants.

Yonder Yoga, an infrared-powered hot yoga studio with several locations in Atlanta, will provide regular yoga classes to Juniper’s residents, all led by Yonder’s team of experienced instructors.

“At Yonder, our mission is to bring yoga to everyone in Atlanta, and we are honored to be a part of this innovative community that prioritizes resident wellbeing,” said Alex Hill, owner of Yonder Yoga.

“I personally don’t know of any other apartment communities in the city that have heated yoga studios. We have been given the creative freedom and runway to deliver our first satellite style location that will bring the Yonder experience our clients are used to directly to their door.”

Alongside Yonder Yoga, restorative wellness and recovery studio Do Not Disturb will also be setup at the development, offering a variety of health and beauty services such as massages, facials, aromatherapy, sound bath therapy and IV therapy, to name a few.

Additionally, the brand will have a private cold plunge, sauna, and recovery room available on The Reserve at Juniper’s 34th floor, providing eye-catching views of the city while users recuperate their bodies.

“We are on a mission to empower communities in Atlanta to prioritize their wellbeing and develop healthy routines, with a vision of being cultural leaders in the wellness space,” said Brandon Chubb, owner of Do Not Disturb. “By offering fully-staffed wellness amenities on property, The Juniper and The Reserve at Juniper are redefining apartment living in the city as well as being culturally forward.”

Co-developed by Middle Street Partners and AECOM-Canyon Partners, The Juniper and The Reserve at Juniper offers a total of almost 500 apartments between the two buildings.

In addition to Yonder Yoga and Do Not Disturb, the towers offer a wide array of amenities, including VIP pet pampering, chef-hosted dinners, seasonally stocked hospitality bars, fitness centers, outdoor pools, a private club and more.

Tenants of The Reserve began moving in May 1, while the move-in date for The Juniper is today, May 15.

“As the final touches are made and our first residents begin moving in this week, we’re thrilled to see our vision come to life,” said Ed Alexander, development partner with Middle Street Partners. “This isn’t just another luxury apartment building – it’s an elevated community powered by local innovators and entrepreneurs who make Atlanta what it is, designed for individuals who value impeccable design, well-being and connection.”
