Hilltop Bottle Shop will open on Thursday, May 22, at 7277 Roswell Road, south of Dalrymple Road.
Local entrepreneur Brian Hicks owns the store, according to a news release. Industry veteran David Abes’ DASH Hospitality Group will manage the store.
The release said Hilltop Bottle Shop will offer an unmatched selection of curated wines, hard-to-find whiskeys, and a deep lineup of beers from around the world.
The store will also offer delivery services, the release said.
Hicks said the store has undergone renovations to serve its customers.
Hicks is president and CEO of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI). His LinkedIn profile said he has more than 30 years of international hospitality experience.
Abes owns DASH Hospitality Group, a management & consulting company for start-up and existing restaurants, hotels, and other food and beverage services, according to its website. Previously, he served as CEO of Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, according to his LinkedIn profile.
