The PGA TOUR Championship is covering all dog adoption fees at the Atlanta Humane Society from June 27–29.

Through the initiative (adorably named “Mutts and Putts”), the TOUR Championship says that it aims to help local dogs find their “forever homes.”

Adoptions will take place from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. daily at the Humane Society’s location at 1551 Perry Blvd NW.

During that time, all adopted dogs will leave with a custom TOUR Championship-themed bandana.

The promotion comes in advance of the TOUR Championship’s return to Atlanta’s East Lake Golf Club on Aug. 20-24, where the PGA TOUR’s top players will compete for the 2025 FedExCup title.

Since 1998, when the tournament was first staged in Atlanta, the TOUR Championship has raised over $63 million for local nonprofits, including $7.2 million in 2024 alone.
